Terms of sale
These wholesale, business-to-business terms govern purchases made by verified clinical accounts through 333peptides.com. 333peptides is a distributor; products are compounded and dispensed by our licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy partners. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are a template — they are not legal advice, and you should have your own counsel review them as they apply to your practice.
Eligibility
Ordering is restricted to medical clinics, med spas under medical direction, hospitals, and compounding pharmacies whose credentials have been verified by our team. Patient-specific 503A preparations require a valid prescription on file with the dispensing pharmacy. You represent that your practice holds the licenses it claims and that ordered material will be used within that scope.
No resale to consumers
Products purchased through 333peptides may not be resold, repackaged for retail, or otherwise transferred to individual consumers. Material is supplied for in-clinic administration or patient-specific dispensing under your prescriber's authority only.
Pricing & payment
Catalog pricing is wholesale and visible to verified accounts. Volume-tier discounts apply automatically at checkout based on quantity. Orders are billed against a purchase order or invoice on Net-30 terms unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
Shipping & risk
Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier at the partner pharmacy. Sterile injectables ship in temperature-controlled qualified shippers. Orders ship to the verified clinic address on file.
Returns
Compounded preparations are accepted for return only when defective on arrival, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs of the shipment as received. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and federal and state pharmacy rules prohibit return of compounded sterile preparations that have left our partner pharmacy's custody.
No therapeutic claims; limitation of liability
We make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or efficacy claims for any product. Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, storage, prescribing, dispensing, and administration of the products purchased. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or order is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Consult your own counsel
These terms are provided as a starting template. Compounding, dispensing, and prescribing of these materials are governed by federal and state law that varies by jurisdiction and license type. We strongly recommend that your legal and regulatory counsel review these terms and your intended use before placing orders. See also our compliance policy and privacy policy.
