Sourcing
Every product on this site is compounded by a partner pharmacy that, at minimum, holds:
- A current state pharmacy license in good standing.
- For sterile injectables, sterile compounding accreditation aligned with USP <797>.
- For 503B outsourcing facilities, current FDA registration and inspection history.
We re-verify partner licensure and registration on a recurring cadence and on every renewal cycle.
Intended use
Products are supplied wholesale to verified clinical accounts — physician practices, med spas under medical direction, hospitals, and pharmacies — for use within the scope of the buyer's license. 333peptides does not sell finished preparations to patients and makes no therapeutic claims for any product.
Account verification
New accounts must submit practice details and upload a current license document (state medical or pharmacy credentials) and, where applicable, a DEA registration before pricing and checkout are enabled. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion if credentials cannot be confirmed or if a pattern of use appears inconsistent with the intended-use statement above.
What we sell — and what we don't
We sell pharmacy-grade peptides compounded by 503A and 503B partner pharmacies, along with cosmetic-grade peptides and amino-acid building blocks supplied to licensed formulators and pharmacies. We do not sell finished drug products directly to patients, do not ship to non-clinic addresses, and do not knowingly supply material destined for resale to consumers.
Shipping & handling
Sterile injectables ship in temperature-controlled, qualified shippers with monitored transit windows. Orders ship only to the verified establishment address on file unless an alternate clinical-site address is approved in writing.
No therapeutic claims
Product descriptions are limited to chemical identity and specifications — sequence, molecular weight, purity, appearance, solubility, storage, beyond-use dating, and CAS number. We do not promote any product for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Prescribing decisions are the responsibility of the licensed practitioner.
Record keeping
We retain establishment credentials, verification decisions, order records, partner pharmacy documentation, and certificates of analysis for the periods required by applicable law.
